You, as the borrower, may choose to accept or decline the terms offered in the loan terms. Your agreement details the loan amount, repayment period, daily interest rate, fees, and penalties.

The loans offered on this website through Fininity Ltd have a minimum repayment period of 91 days (three months) and a maximum of 180 days (six months). Our repayment periods are typically 91 days. Rates vary from 0% to 18%. Interest rates vary from lender to lender. Your situation and credit score will affect the rates offered to you.

Collection Policy

Please contact the lender directly if you are having trouble repaying. They will be able to discuss payment options with you. The lender reserves the right to give your information to a third-party collection agency, should the situation remain unresolved.

Consequences of Default

pinjaman-24.com always recommends repaying on time. If you cannot, each lender has their own policies on fees/interest and how they handle debt collection. Most lenders will contact you by regular mail, email, or phone to change your payment terms. Nonpayment may result in penalties and/or increased interest. We recommend that you contact your lender as soon as you know there is an issue; otherwise, your credit history may get affected.

Late Payments

If you think you won’t be able to make a payment on time, then it is important to contact your lender beforehand. Your lender may offer to extend or renew your loan. Keep in mind, however, that this will accrue additional interest. Your lender may charge a fee for late payments. Please, think carefully before extending your loan, as doing so may substantially increase the amount you pay.
